📋 Step-by-Step Instructions

• Visit the Official Website:
  Go to the D.El.Ed portal:https://kbpe.kerala.gov.in/deled2026/


• Create an Account (For New Users):
  • On the homepage, click “Create Account”, Fill in the required registration details and Submit the form
  • Important: Note down your username and password for future login


• Login to the Portal:
  • Click on “Login” in the menu bar,You will see two options:
  • Student Login
  • Officer Login
  • PSC Login
  • Make sure to select Student Login for Login: Enter your registered username and password


• Access the Application Form:
  • After login, you will be redirected to the homepage/dashboard
  • Click on:
    • Application Form OR
    • Student Application → Add Application Form


• Fill the Application Form Carefully:
  • Enter all required details: • Personal information • Academic qualifications • Contact details
  • Ensure all data is correct and complete (avoid mistakes)


• Upload Required Documents: Upload scanned copies of: • SSLC Certificate • Plus Two Certificate • Aadhaar Card • Photograph •Signature and •other certificates if you have
• Important: Each file must be less than 50 KB, otherwise submission errors may occur.


• Select Course & Institutions:
  • Choose your preferred course. Select institutions based on your preference


• Review and Confirm:
  • Carefully verify all entered details Click Confirm before proceeding


• Make Payment:
  • Proceed to the payment section
  • Complete the payment process successfully Only after payment, the application is considered submitted


• View & Download Application:
  • After successful submission:
    • Click “Application View” to see your form Click “Download” to save or print the application
